Meet Robyn Yates

A Las Vegas Luxury Real Estate Professional since the mid 1990's, Robyn Yates has enjoyed growing her career and her firm in the Luxury Real Estate market.  Robyn's background in Luxury Golf Resort marketing and management honed her understanding of the Luxury Lifestyle, service and marketing required in this specialized field.

Robyn was involved in marketing Luxury Golf Course communities as Director of Marketing for Club Corporation of American and later as General Manager for three Luxury Golf Communities in the Coachella Valley.  

As a Broker for a Luxury Real Estate firm (Dyson and Dyson Real Estate), Robyn pioneered the Luxury Firm in Las Vegas.  In 2014 Robyn founded Windermere Prestige Properties, a Luxury Boutique Real Estate Firm whose focus is attracting agents who have a deep understanding of the Luxury Lifestyle and needs of the Luxury Consumer.

Luxury Portfolio

Robyn and her team were invited to become Members of the Invitation Only network of Luxury Portfolio and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (parent company).  As the luxury marketing division of LeadingRE, Luxury Portfolio International® (LPI) offers its members a comprehensive program of tools designed to promote their listings to a global, affluent audience. LPI markets more than 50,000 of the world's most remarkable homes annually and attracts over three million high-net-worth visitors a year by presenting a gallery of the finest Luxury Properties and Brokerages Worldwide.  Eighty percent of the companies that apply for Membership in Leading RE and Luxury Portfolio do not meet the criteria for Membership and their applications are denied.  We are honored at Windermere Prestige Properties to have been members for nearly 10 years.
